I use it when I am mowing the lawn and doing other outside work.. It has great sound, has presets for AM and FM, and runs on only one AAA battery. It is very durable, and you can swap out the headphones for your own earbuds. Great for catching your favorite radio program!!

However, the FM reception for a locally transmitted broadcast was not great. Other wide range transmissions were fine but not the local one that I needed to hear. Other devices around me worked fine.

It gets bumped real easy. I bought this to replace the headphones I had with the exact same unit. Headphones didn't work anymore but the unit did.

This product does the job very well. Strong reception, not affected much by direction, good sound for voice and music. Great value for the money.
