I bought these because my old heaphones broke. I cant believe how light they are. Feels slighty cheap on the plastic, but otherwise great headphones

Originally I was on the fence about getting this headset, but after seeing reviews and hearing how great the audio was, I had to try it and I never looked back.

Great range and sound quality. Materials used in product are great and not chinsy.

Would definitely recommend. Works great with noise cancellation. Would recommend to purchase for a friend / family member

I was excited to get this along with my PS5 and had great expectations for it. But, I'm utterly shocked with the terrible quality of this headset. I tweaked all settings on my PS5 and tried turning 3D sound on and off etc..., and there was no improvement in sound quality. I plugged the usb dongle in the back and also tried the front port and there is no difference. I fiddled with and tried different headset settings and button levels but nothing helped. The sound quality is completely flat and sounds muffled. This headset is literally just as bad as a cheap dollar store pair of headphones. I tried playing Apex with this headset and could not tell which direction enemies or footsteps were coming from. There was no way to tell my teammates footsteps from opponents. This headset actually caused me to do bad because i was thrown off by the direction of sounds. There is no technical issue or defect here, just a bad product. I have been using the Plantronics RIG 800 for my PS4 and those far exceed anything ive ever tried before especially this pulse 3d headset. The sound quality on my RIG headset is 100 times better than this 3D Pulse headset. I was hoping they would at least match half the sound quality. Unfortunately, the RIG is not compatible with the PS5 as it uses an optical cable which the PS5 doesnt have and there's no usb dongle for it. On my RIG, i can tell which Apex character is walking in proximity to me by the sound of their footsteps and can also tell from which direction they're coming from. This was impossible with the pulse. This is a big let down. I dont want to have to go inside the store to return these during Corona. The lines are long during these winter holidays. I'll have to go bright and early soon to return these. Also, i really question any reviews that say these are decent because they absolutely are not. I really tried to like this headset and probably will even try to use them again before returning but, this headset just doesn't cut it. I would have gladly paid $200 if the sound quality was 100 times better for these. The only good thing about this was the light weight material. Compared to my bulky Rig 800 headset, these pulse 3D headphones were light as a feather. Thats one positive thing I liked but thats about it. Oh, and the USB C charging cable was a plus too.. such a big let down this headset was... ....Really Sony ?!?!

Bought them to upgrade from a wired headset. They are very like and comfortable, easy to game long then expected.

My 15 year old grandson loves this for gaming. Great sound quality.

i had the White originally but exchanged it out for the black unit. works great. havnt used alot of gaming headsets in the past mainly because i didnt bother. these are very much worth it

This is the first set of system headphone I’ve ever bought and these are nice. They play sound great the game/chat volume control is cool and the ease of using them with games and the console are just great.

I love the Sound when gaming and Bass hits awesome, even listening to music! Only thing I'll be waiting for is the redesign headphones V2. These have an atrocious final design, should just stayed with the PS4 style design.

Sounds pretty awesome so far, sounds like your in the game, playing ratchet and clank rift apart sounds amazing, demon souls is spectacular , very immersive, still testing out my games but so far so good

Great sound. Works fantastic with the PS5. Just a little tight, but I have a big head. Ear cups could be like 5% bigger (they just barely pinch a bit unless I have them positioned just right). Highly recommended.

Average Headset and to be honest you can find better ones anywhere else, even here at best buy they have better ones than this... it’s extremely uncomfortable plain and simple, there is absolutely no padding or cushions on the inside of the ear phone, so you literally feel nothing but a plastic speaker up against your ear and trust me it hurts after a while. All they have blocking your ear from the speaker itself is a mesh screen. Its totally uncomfortable and the leather keeps the heat in so your ears start to sweat lol. The only thing this headset has as a selling point is 3d audio for the ps5 console. Its 100% not worth it, even for $100...look up the steel series it is basically the same... it has 3d audio and is super comfy compared to 3d pulse but its $150 but trust me its worth the extra $50

Kinda lame you have to take up a USB port with a dongle. Considering how sick the PS5 is, you’d think the headset would just work without one. Not a huge deal. The audio is good, but not great, so on-par for its price point in my opinion. The control buttons/switches and their layout are easily the biggest gripe I have with these things; Borderline atrocious in terms of using them while you’re wearing the headset. Idk maybe I need more time with them. Also they get a little warm after extended use and I feel like the battery should be better. There are probably better options for the money out there. I fell victim to marketing and aesthetics. Pulse 3D audio? Okay.
