I think the Playstation Platinum Headset were better than these. These concern me because they are plastic just like the Gold's (which the top part broke on me overtime from use) meanwhile the Platinum's were metal with no chance of breaking. The audio on the Pulse 3D seemed too loud. It's almost like it's trying to mask the mediocre 3D audio.

Good headset but annoying to be forced to buy

Buttons a bit fiddly at first but you get used to them. Main fault is why do I have to buy this in the first place? I've got lots of good headset but Sony doesn't allow bluetooth connection.

I have had some comments about mic issues from my friends’ end but I have no audio issues on my end. It works great especially on games like COD. I do wish they would add an option to adjust the wear though as it comes in a “one size”
