Great. My boyfriend can’t hear me when I try to talk. Might as well forget calling or FaceTime because the quality is that good

So i bought this head set thinking its Bluetooth enabled. It comes with a dongle. I come to find out that the dongle uses a different signal to reduce lagging. It does have a jack for a standard headphones cable. It also says that its a 3d headphone but i have played almost all the games that say it supports it but i dont see any difference between standard headphones and these. If i knew that the sound was going to be this average i would of bough a different headset.

what i like is dat its loud, dislike it doesnt really let me bluetooth it to my ps5

If you’re looking for a headset with a good sounding mic these are not for you lol but the audio is great.

I really tried to like them but my biggest issue was comfortability after 30 minutes and unfortunately, it wasn't there with this headset. The sound is decent but to me, the gold wireless sounded just the same and was surprisingly more comfortable.

Decent sound quality but the inside part of the ear part is pressing up against my ears and over time is discomforting which causes me to constantly adjust them.

They work flawlessly with the PS5 of course but they are not very comfortable for me and the mic is just bad. Tinny, cheap-sounding, picks up a lot of ambient noise. Okay for the price

Absolutely love them. Easy to connect via Bluetooth and easy to use controls.

Ok sound, my $15 amazon headsets sound better. Only benefit is that these are wireless. I don’t like that you need to use a wireless dongle that sticks out like a sore thumb. I also don’t like that you can’t mute from the controller.

Gets the job done , may of just got a lemon … hearing from others i sound robotic or staticy.. (voice call) but for playing games sound quality is excellent

The packaged arrived 6 days after the posted delivery date. After day 1 being late I contacted best buy and was shipped a replacement since they said it was lost in shipment.... so I was happy about that. Other than that. I wish the headphones would last longer... but for a free 1 I shouldn't complain...

Great headphones , hopefully they make changing the volume and muting easier in the future the button are rather small and there are so many so it gets confusing when you are wearing them

Love them for this last year. I may need to check out warranty to see if i can get them replaced. After using for a year the fabric is coming off.
