Poor Sound Quality

Even playing a PS5 game that supports 3D audio sounds really bad. With 3D audio turned off, they sound a little better but is still disappointing. Additionally, any ambient noise in the room will be heard loud and clear even with the monitor function turned off. Noise from the controller, the hum from appliances and traffic from outside (I live in a city) drowns out the sound coming from the headphones. I'll stick to plugging in my old Bose headphones into the controller. Oh, these should really be bluetooth instead of using a dongle.

Uncomfortable, no upgrades

It's not very comfortable to wear, rubber band design on the top of your head along with tight over the ear speakers makes me feel like I'm wearing a vice. Sound quality is okay, "3D audio" is completely unnoticeable, you can get the same effect with almost headset. I'm switching back to my PS4 version.
