I used the PS4 Platinum Headset before I bought the 3D Pulse. And I gotta say the 3D Pulse is lacking compared to the Platinum. The big issue for me was how small the headset felt when I put them over my ears. They folded my ears in and just smoosh them against my head.

Disappointed

I find it completely ridiculous that the console is still unavailable and being sold online only. Why can this not be sold in stores and be available for pick-up at curbside only or shipped to home. It is disgraceful and unfair that robots have been buying up all the consoles in all stores. Shame on you for letting it happen!

One to avoid

She dropped it from a height of less than 2 feet while trying to plug in the charger. Now a new headset that is less than 1 month old will not work. Not happy at all...
