5 weeks until headband snapped after regular wear

Headband is hard plastic. Snapped at adjustable band mount, just like everyone said they would. Only owned for 5 weeks. Just long enough that it is beyond the return window. Will need to go through whatever warranty process is available to get issue corrected.
