Always disconnect on its own. Sometimes you won’t be able to connect

Headset constantly disconnects from the Bluetooth connection.

My husband had them for only 2 months and they broke. I'm happy I have a warranty on them.

This isnone of the worst headsets i have ever bought. I returned the with in a week and bought a black shark V3 and never looked back

I don’t understand why sony took away half of the features that all the headsets had prior to this one. You cant adjust the chat/game audio unless you’re in a chat party, and you have to have the mic pressed against your mouth to hear yourself talk. Plus it randomly disconnects.

Terrible product cheaply made broke within 3 weeks of having them I would not recommend these headphones not because of their functionality but because of the Paul build quality.

Sound quality not up to par and the headphones a poorly made. The right side broke after about a month of use.

I was super impressed the sound quality is excellent and very easy to setup. I especially love that I can connect to my phone and the ps portal simultaneously. I also am a fan of the carrying case its firm so I will not crush the perfect case to transport these headphones.

Threat sound, you can even personalize the 3d sounds The headphones produce. With the ps5 you have complete control of the equalizers and controls of headset. Only thing is when I bought the pair it came in with headband slight broken. My fiancé has had one since may and it’s worked great but this one didn’t come out of the box well. Going to exchange and try another time.

Delivered in great condition, product was packaged very well and nothing was damaged. I would recommend getting the midnight black pulse elite headset over the white pulse elite simply because the midnight black has a carrying case and less issues that the previous white pulse elite headset. Very comfortable to wear, glasses friendly and the mic is very good quality. Definitely recommend this headset and for $150 it’s a very good value especially with the planar magnetic drivers that are typically in very expensive headsets.

My son loved it for Christmas. He says the clarity is very good and he won’t use no other headphones but the ones that I got them for Christmas Xmas five star rating.

Only issue is the randomly disconnecting. Thought it was heat from the exit vents , moved it to the front with the adapter, and will still happen but not as often. Nothing is wrong on the software or within setting so i don’t understand. Im not the only one with this issue , and quality could still be a bit better.
