Comfy but the audio was really bad and I honestly was surprised but I returned it and got something else.

I was not able to receive them after I ordered them on the Best Buy app. Store manager said he would have to refund the amount back and I would have to repurchase them. I explained I had a 10$ store credit from a recent purchase that was included when I paid for them. I was told he was not going to be able to honor that coupon after the refund because it was sent to me in a email and used.

These headphones are amazing my main issue with these headphones are that it has a Bluetooth connection issue I can't sit 5' from my PlayStation without my Bluetooth connection on the headset going in and out in and out in and out disconnecting reconnecting disconnecting reconnecting it's really getting annoying and I literally just bought these and the same day I used them i was having that issue don't know if it's the headset or if it's the PlayStation itself really hope to get this resolved

I like the headphone but the sideband has snapped and I only had them for 3 months and lightly use them.

Lasted 6 weeks and stop connecting. Talking to PlayStation support was pretty eye opening, I will never spend another dime on a PlayStation product

This headset constantly loses its bluetooth connection to the PS5 and the only way to reconnect is to turn the PlayStation off and back on which is a massive pain when it disconnects in the middle of a game with friends.

I got these as a Christmas gift dec25th and the build quality is very poor. They snapped in half on the right side after less than a month of use on January 19th.

They broke within two weeks. I’m super disappointed.

am past the 14 day return period and am already experiencing static noise and pop issues. i dont recommend this headset.

the headset is really good but the mic stopped working after 6 months

This series seems defective, because I returned them 2-3 times because the adapter is faulty.
