It’s perfect I had this 2 months now and I don’t see no problem with this headset at all

Living this headset and very impressed about how it looked in black.

The frame of the headphones is very brittle and thin. Just from taking it on and taking it off the frame is about to be broken, there is nothing that can be done to prevent it except and tape of some sort to the sides above the headphones. This is my second pair as I thought it was something I did to break the first Care but I have been very careful with these taking them on and off my head very carefully and when they’re on my head I can feel a seam in the frame where it is about to break. I would not recommend this at all.

These headphones are amazing my main issue with these headphones are that it has a Bluetooth connection issue I can't sit 5' from my PlayStation without my Bluetooth connection on the headset going in and out in and out in and out disconnecting reconnecting disconnecting reconnecting it's really getting annoying and I literally just bought these and the same day I used them i was having that issue don't know if it's the headset or if it's the PlayStation itself really hope to get this resolved

Comfy but the audio was really bad and I honestly was surprised but I returned it and got something else.

I like the headphone but the sideband has snapped and I only had them for 3 months and lightly use them.

Replaced the item twice. The first purchase was covered in some dried up liquid. The second item continued to disconnect and reconnect even with me standing within 4ft of my PS5. I returned the item.

This headset constantly loses its bluetooth connection to the PS5 and the only way to reconnect is to turn the PlayStation off and back on which is a massive pain when it disconnects in the middle of a game with friends.

Always disconnect on its own. Sometimes you won’t be able to connect

This isnone of the worst headsets i have ever bought. I returned the with in a week and bought a black shark V3 and never looked back

My husband had them for only 2 months and they broke. I'm happy I have a warranty on them.

Headset constantly disconnects from the Bluetooth connection.

I don’t understand why sony took away half of the features that all the headsets had prior to this one. You cant adjust the chat/game audio unless you’re in a chat party, and you have to have the mic pressed against your mouth to hear yourself talk. Plus it randomly disconnects.

Terrible product cheaply made broke within 3 weeks of having them I would not recommend these headphones not because of their functionality but because of the Paul build quality.

Sound quality not up to par and the headphones a poorly made. The right side broke after about a month of use.
