These are fantastic. I enjoy these much more than the other headset Sony makes.

The frame of the headphones is very brittle and thin. Just from taking it on and taking it off the frame is about to be broken, there is nothing that can be done to prevent it except and tape of some sort to the sides above the headphones. This is my second pair as I thought it was something I did to break the first Care but I have been very careful with these taking them on and off my head very carefully and when they’re on my head I can feel a seam in the frame where it is about to break. I would not recommend this at all.

Sound quality is good but doesnt make up for shoddy build quality. Headband is hard plastic. Snapped at adjustable band mount, just like everyone said they would. Only owned for 5 weeks. Just long enough that it is beyond the return window. Will need to go through whatever warranty process is available to get issue corrected.

I like the headphone but the sideband has snapped and I only had them for 3 months and lightly use them.

Replaced the item twice. The first purchase was covered in some dried up liquid. The second item continued to disconnect and reconnect even with me standing within 4ft of my PS5. I returned the item.

This headset constantly loses its bluetooth connection to the PS5 and the only way to reconnect is to turn the PlayStation off and back on which is a massive pain when it disconnects in the middle of a game with friends.
