Bad USB

Owned for 2 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I got this as a Christmas Present for my brother and not even 1 month and the USB for the Bluetooth stopped working it rattles like something was broken inside I brought it back to Best Buy and they gave me a new one 2 months later and it’s the same issue but since I didn’t get warranty on the item I wasn’t able to get it replaced Don’t Buy waste of money

The fit was too loose, and there's no way to adjust it smaller. I've also read about the headset breaking, but I didn't keep it long enough to deal with that. As cheap as the plastic feels, though, I could see that.

About a month later of using in conjunction with my Portal, PS5 and S24+ I can actually say I haven't had the first issue. Pairing is seamless and almost instant.
