Only complaint is they do start to hurt my ears and head after about an hour of use. Other than that they’re great for gaming and media consumption.

Brittle headband

Breaks too easy for a $150+ headset

My issue is that Playstation made a headset that breaks so easily this is my second pair with less than 3 month of use and it snapped on one of the ear pieces again

Great sound horrible build quality

But the head band broke with in three weeks this is my second pair. Trying to navigate the Sony warranty is impossible. Don't buy it if you are a every day gamer

They even came with it’s own charging dock.

Sony could have done better with these!

I have TWO headsets with broken supports and many other people report this issue online.
