Store would not let me receive after I alread paid
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I was not able to receive them after I ordered them on the Best Buy app. Store manager said he would have to refund the amount back and I would have to repurchase them. I explained I had a 10$ store credit from a recent purchase that was included when I paid for them. I was told he was not going to be able to honor that coupon after the refund because it was sent to me in a email and used.

Disconnection Bluetooth issues

Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.These headphones are amazing my main issue with these headphones are that it has a Bluetooth connection issue I can't sit 5' from my PlayStation without my Bluetooth connection on the headset going in and out in and out in and out disconnecting reconnecting disconnecting reconnecting it's really getting annoying and I literally just bought these and the same day I used them i was having that issue don't know if it's the headset or if it's the PlayStation itself really hope to get this resolved

Waste of money
