Great sound but 60 days in and I already snapped them attempting to put them on. Battery life sub par, bout 1:30min worth.

SOUND IS GREAT, BUT SOUND ISN'T SO GREAT WHEN THE HEADBAND SNAPS JUST PICKING IT UP OFF THE CHARGER. LITERALLY UNDER NO STRESS OTHER THAN THE WEIGHT OF ITSELF AND THE BAND BROKE. DON'T EXPECT THESE TO LAST NO MATTER HOW GOOD YOU TAKE CARE OF THEM. GOOD LUCK WITH SONY SUPPORT. HARD TO GET THROUGH TO THEM THEN THEY TELL YOU THE PROCESS TO REPLACE/REPAIR WILL LIKELY BE MONTHS. NEVER AGAIN SONY. NEVER AGAIN.

I had for 1 year and the audio is great but they have to weak points and they started braking after 6 months of use and for 200$ i would think that they would have a better life span, i only use them somedays and if i play i play for 2hrs max

DO NOT BUY! I’ve had this thing 1 week or so and I’m pretty sure it broke under normal condition of putting it on. My heads not that big and I thought it just expanded that way but I was wrong. On top of that it disconnects regularly. Horrible head set.

Great product I upgraded to the new headset and it was totally worth it

I had two pairs of this headset and both vrokw in the same way but in different amounts of time. My first pair i purchased when they originally released and they last for a few years without any issues. Then one day the piece right above the right earpiece snapped. I ran out to get a replacement se5 in black and that pair lasted exactly 1 month before they broke in the same exact spot. I am not onw that mishandles expensive technology, so i was shocked, heartbroken, and disappointed to have this happen twice. Clearly they dropped the quality of materials used over time. Avoid these at all cost!

Possibly the best headset I currently own without a doubt!

3 months in and the right side failed just trying to put the headphones on, not stretching them apart far or anything, Apparently a known issue with with this line of headphones. Sony's solution is for you to ship the failed headphones back to them for "repair" which will take a month. No exchange, no credit, no refund, just get the same broken, poorly designed product back.

The headphones arent dorable due to it arriving half missing and it came with horrible sent almost threw up.

Product has the coolest features but after 3 months they broke on both sides. The durability doesn't match the price and that's highly disappointing.

I should have listened to the other reviews. The headband snapped on the side where the padded adjustable piece attaches. I have only owned this headset for 4 months. Buy something else or buy with a replacement warranty.

The second pair of these I’ve bought. I take care of my things but this model has cracked and broken in the same spot twice! Will never purchase again
