An excellent product. easy to understand and navigate. The speaker is louder than others I've had.

Small enough to hold in hand for interviews with people. Buttons are big enough. Wish it would count the time back from the start instead of forward.

This is the perfect size to conceal in a purse, pocket, or in one's hand. However, it is a little difficult to navigate the files for someone who isn't very tech savvy. Had to help the user quite a bit. Overall great product!

I have been using a cassette recorder for the last 25 years. I thought I'd upgrade to digital. This is not a user friendly device. not intuitive at all. This might be good if you are wanting to import files to the pc. - during playback, you can't rewind a few seconds if you missed something. You have to start all over from the beginning. - if you are playing a file back, you should be able to stop and immediately delete. But no, you have to go through an elaborate menu system just to delete.
