Works great-instructions need work

I ordered it online from the Best Buy store and I was able to pick it up that day. The instructions are easy to use and follow, and the voice quality is good

A senior citizen

I thought that meant it was easy. Well, I had no problem until I tryed to rewind just a little to review and could not it kept taking me back to the very beginning.
