This little unit is impressive in its capabilities. I am a writer, so I keep it on me to record random thoughts that pop into my head, but it does much more. I was sitting around with several friends trying to brainstorm some ideas for an upcoming weekend. Noone had paper or pen, so I pulled out my recorder, switched it to "meeting," and caught all the ideas. Later, we were able to go back, and not a single thought was lost. I have also found that it works well in big spaces and crowds.

the sound quality is very good , however I cannot figure out how to fast forward or rewind , i cannot find these functions in the paperwork - operating instructions either

This is a great little recorder - its compact size and basic use on the screen, are easy to use. It does all the basics that most audio recorders do. That said, yes, it lacks full capabilities that other higher-end voice recorders offer, but for the money, size, and somewhat relatively easy use, it gets the job done.

I use mine in law enforcement. Picks up sound well and easy to operate. Works great when you have those complaints from people about how you handled a situation and you play the recording and what they said happen doesn’t match up.

Very clear sound. Battery life is great. Simple to operate. Voice activation is very precise.

so, i purchased this recorder for recording lectures. It does the job very well. I did not try recording at long distance because i sit very close to lecturer. I like the extendable USB charging/data connection. I use rechargeable batteries and my computer charges them while the recorder is plugged into it (to manage recorded lectures). But here is what i don't like about it - it is big. I mean, it is not huge but it is bigger then the room in my shirt pockets. I am not sure why all the extra size for. Some of the lecturers don't like seeing the recorder on the desk but they are ok if you keep it in your pocket but, when i put it in my pocket of my shirt, it sticks out and it is kind of heavy. So, i do give it 5 stars and would recommend it.

Like the convenience of recording data by voice instead of taking a tablet and pen. Makes job easier as I am in technical and do a lot of customer troubleshooting. Along with that, I write reports and is nice to transcribe from this recorder. The only reason I did not give it 5 stars was that it does not have a belt clip nor holster. Just the old pants pocket is your only option

The product works very well, the batteries last a long time. The recordings are easily downloaded through the USB port. Very simple use.

I got this to use for interviews and it works like a charm. It feels like it is part of my everyday carry now. Super nice quality!

This unit is much better and easier to use than a similar unit I purchased from another store several years ago. Pros: The view screen is easy to read. The controls are intuitive, press record and it records, you don't have to select record mode, location, and format for every time you make a recording. You set them once and you're done. It has a built in USB connector so you can save your files easily. Cons: Could use a more sensitive built in microphone. The On/Off Switch takes a firm press to power On / Off. I have to use a finger nail to do it. Compared to my previous recorder this unit is great.

Used it to record a meeting. Once i finished the meeting then I listened to recording and it was crisp and clear. Recorder is easy to set up and to replay.

Great little voice recorder. My son uses it for his voice lessons and it's reasonably easy to use and works well. Feels like a high-quality device.

Great compact recorder, User friendly and convenient. Have been using it for over 2 years almost on a daily basis, Used it mainly for online recordings so I can go back and listen to them.
