Device is difficult to use, not practical to use

I thought I'd upgrade to digital. This is not a user friendly device. not intuitive at all. This might be good if you are wanting to import files to the pc. - during playback, you can't rewind a few seconds if you missed something. You have to start all over from the beginning. - if you are playing a file back, you should be able to stop and immediately delete. But no, you have to go through an elaborate menu system just to delete.
