There is no substitute for the Sony battery.

Good battery

Because I use this for wrestling tournaments and family vacations i needed a second battery for back up. Now I last all day. Im not using the flash for any of this.

Great, but not the price

you need a extra battery and the original is best!

If you plan on shooting a lot of pictures or just don't want to risk your camera running out of juice right when a great shot presents its self, have at least one back up battery.
