That charge didn’t lass long I have to use 2 batteries for a day of pictures no to happy

You can't go wrong with the Sony OEM NP-FW50 battery. Other off brand batteries get close but none hold a charge or last as many charges as these do. I've been in a pinch to get some extras for shoots and Best Buy has routinely had them in stock for in-store pick the same day. Now that I've picked up a handful of these I'm shooting for 8hrs or more with no stress about running out of juice.

I bought this Sony Battery for my Sony Nex and I am satisfied with it. Although it's expensive and pricey, just make sure you pricematch it to get a better deal for it. It's a great backup and extra battery, a must have. I only use OEM battery accessories on all my electronics just for a piece of mind.

The newer Sony cameras go through battery charges pretty quickly so having a second (or third) battery pack is almost a necessity. I have done over the rated 500 shots per charge but that was without using the flash and LCD screen very much. If you're smart about using your camera you can keep battery drain to a minimum and make the charge last quite a while. If you shoot video, the battery does get hot but cools quickly per Sony's support/manual/online service. Don't buy the aftermarket batteries. they may be cheaper but they don't last as long and have a tendency to give out or die much quicker. The Sony battery has lasted over 2 years with no degradation.

I bought two of these on sale for around $40 each. At full price, they are around $80 each. for battery life, I took around 120 photos and used up only about 24% of the battery life. Not a bad deal if you get the batteries on sale.

Battery is very light and charges quickly. I really like the simplistic way to change the battery and ease it is to pop out and in out of camera.

Camera wasn't working, so purchased a new Sony branded battery, and back in business. Expensive but worth it.

Just what we needed. An extra battery is always handy and this one worked well for our Sony Camera.

Battery will last for 600 photos or more. Extended video recording compared to a DSLR camera and battery. Charges fairly quickly. No memory effect seen through 20-30 cycles.

I really love this battery for my Sony digital camera. It is nice to have an extra battery so I can swap it out if the other one needs to be charged. Also, the battery lasts a really long time.

I purchased this battery for my sony a6300. This battery lasts longer than any off brand battery purchased from Amazon or other competitors.

We were directed to hook the camera cable up to the computer and download a new version of filmwear to fix the Sony battery problem. These genuine Sony brand batteries work great. I have not always had success with generic replacements. I suggest you get real Sony.
