No problems with battery. Charges quickly and holds a normal charge. I decided to stick with Sony because I have a Sony camera and did not want to take a chance with a different brand.

It seems to last longer than my other battery. More reasonably priced than buying it from a camera equipment store

This is a great battery, although pricey. Sony mirrorless cameras eat up batteries so you need at least one backup when you go out shooting. This battery fills the bill.

When filming, it is a must to have a spare battery. You never want to be in the middle of the action and run out of juice. The Sony NP-FW50 is perfect for the Sony a6300 camera.

These batteries are the best type of batteries to use for my camera which is a Sony a-6100. They are an absolute must if you use the camera.

Always a good idea to have extra batteries, especially when traveling. Charges up great with external charger or in camera.

I stick with the manufacturers batteries because they have the right voltage and a longer charge. Off market batteries don't stay charged as long and may not have the exact specs needed for your camera.

I have a Sony A6000 camera. It charges via USB port. You really need a backup battery -- this one does the job.

This is my spare battery for my mirrorless camera. It stays charged as a back up until I'm ready to use it. So far, so good. I've not had to use it very often, but it was handy at Christmas!

I bought the original Sony battery because of the feature that it shows the actual power level in percentage in the camera display (I am not sure if all Sony models support that, but mine does.). Another reason for the Sony brand original battery was that I have pretty mixed experiences with other brand replacement batteries, and often their life expectancy wasn't convincing. But that might be a personal, subjective experience. So far, my Sony FW50 batteries are consistent in load capacity and work well. I can't make any statements about the battery's life expectancy because I have it for only 2 months so far. It's weight is 42 grams (ca. 1.5 ounces).
