The Sony A7Sii and A7Rii both come with two batteries. If I go shoot video all day, I want 3 batteries, even though I'll probably never put the third one in. But it's there if I need it.

this was part of a gift basket i put together for my husband's birthday. he was happy to get another battery since he only had the one that came with the camera

When it comes to batteries I prefer to stick with the manufacturer brand batteries. So far this battery has not failed me. It has been a solid backup battery for my Sony A6000.

I love having a backup battery for my camera for when my first one runs out of battery. I’ve have it for two years and still works great.

Had to have a spare when videotaping Neurology resident graduation. Used on a a7Rii which did not overheat. But was not using 4K. Divided in groups of graduates but BIG files.

Needed it for a new camera! Best Buy had it and that was that!! Solid and recommended for all your electronic devices!!

I used the rechargeable batteries in my Sony camera during my trip abroad. The batteries worked quite well under varied environmental conditions.

Got an extra battery pack with the camera for long days of picture shooting. Does the job as advertised and very handy to keep a spare. Highly recommend anyone considering A6000.

Completely worth it to buy the brands batteries compared to compatible batteries. It holds the charge for a long time and you don’t have to charge them often

Nice battery . Last a long time between charges. I do feel it is a bit pricey since its been around quite a few years.

You need alot of these if you're traveling. They are pretty powerful, alot better than the after market versions. These are genuine Sony brand batteries so you know they will last for long time. I highly recommend these for various Alpha models.

If you use your camera a lot without be able to charge it or not wanting to, then this is what you need obviously the extra battery. It lasts the same as the original and is just as great.

There's not much to say about this, it's a battery, it's sony, it works like a battery should. I'd recommend getting a few spares if you are using a sony alpha series camera.

Waiting for the right time to open this package. Lol. It's still brand new because my first battery is still good. Maybe when I go to another big trip I'll eventually open this.

The battery lasts awhile but I like to have a back up...so I purchased one. Works well, just annoyed Sony wants $50 bucks for a charger to charge this outside of the camera.

I almost bought a third party battery and am glad I did not. Even though the Sony brand battery cost more, it holds a charge longer than the third party, cheaper batteries.

Would always recommend to go with the manufacturer's battery over most 3rd party batteries. Does what it's supposed to and lasts as long as I need it to.

This is expensive, about double the price of third party batteries but it gives you peace of mind knowing that this is specifically made for your camera.

This is a true Sony battery and not some cheap knockoff. The battery life will take some 400 shots before recharging. They do take time to recharge so a seperate charger will be usefull.

If you need an additional battery for your Sony, then get this one. Original battery will always last longer than cheaper one. Plus the price difference is but that great
