Battery charger will serve great when spare battery can be charged when using the camera.

This battery wasn't fully charged as advertised. It works, but not out of the box.

Wish I could give "0" star. Purchased this item and it was delivered via curbside service at store today. When I got home that same day and installed it to check if my camera worked, the battery was DEAD ON ARRIVAL! Camera displayed a message, "BATTERY EXHAUSTED." I tried to charge the battery but the orange light kept flashing fast like the troubleshooting steps in the manual. I have a Sony ILCE-3000 and now I have a brand new dead battery that I waited for several days to be delivered and I cannot use it at all. Will be returning to the store tomorrow. Very Disappointing.

Battery has relatively low recharge life. My Canon and Nikon batteries for their corresponding cameras last much longer. I am a little disappointed in the quality and especially the price of this battery. This was an extra battery. I have the same issue with the one that came with the camera

This is the same battery that comes with the camera. Could last longer...

I went with a Sony branded battery because I read reviews about cheaper batteries not lasting as long. This battery works as well as the original in my a6400.

bought for my a7 and the battery life does not last very long.

Really have no other options for this except owning multiple....

The battery is ok. The battery needs to last longer.

It's been a long time since I purchased a camera battery. I was surprised at how expensive they've become! Still had to purchase though. Would have preferred a much less expensive alternative and am happy I don't have to do this very often.

I was aware that this was an issue, but needed extra batteries for traveling out of the country. Not pleased with the limited battery life, so I carry 3 extra batteries. Would not recommend the Sony mirror less a6000 as a result.

Affordable spare battery for my sony a7ii. The battery life doesn't last long, especially shooting video so having a spare or two is a necessity.

Make sure to always recharge your battery after shooting, even if it is not dead. The battery does not last as long as I'd hoped, but I always carry a spare, just in case.

I like it, however it battery doesn’t last long with a7rii camera.

Excellent source of power for sony mirrorless camera.

This battery was supposed to be exactly the same as a new one, it was open boxed. I was told the customer likely bought the wrong size. But it was grimy in feel, and instead of coming with 70% or more power, it was totally drained. So I had to spend hours charging it before using it. Obviously someone returned a used battery instead of a new one.

Fully charged the battery before use. Used the camera for 54 jpeg shots and the battery was dead. Re-charged and had the same experience. Perhaps just a faulty battery but be sure to check them out fully so their is time to return it if necessary.

Does the job for both the sony a6500 & the sony a6000

This battery last a very short time. I wish Sony made the battery capacity larger.
