Easy to use, I like the "lock" feature the keeps the station you choose in place. Arm band keep radio in place.

Small, compact unit that fits in a pants pocket or on a belt. Great for listening to sports. Functions are easy to manipulate. Locking switch disengages all functions as to not allow to change any function currently being used. Reception is adequate.

Great sound;; easy to use, very compact, decent earphones, works great for my purposes--listening to talk radio while in office or on walks.

I had a very difficult time trying to set the clock and preset radio stations, and I did not need the weather, stopwatch, timer, etc. I just wanted a simple AM/FM radio for my walks. When I replaced the battery, the settings all went back to zero. Also, I would like to know who is singing. My last radio from Best Buy identified the singers. Also, I have difficulty wrapping the arm strap onto my arm. Also, the headset is not very comfortable for me as I do not appreciate it so much inside my ears. That's just personal preference. I can hear the radio just fine. In fact, be VERY CAREFUL when trying to wrap the strap onto your arm as the volume button can suddenly go to the max and blast eardrums.

Will be using this on a motorcycle trip across Colombia, South America. The instructions (important) guided me through the process of programming favorite stations. You are hardly aware you are wearing the lightweight earphones, but don't expect much fidelity. Its nice to have the device on your arm ... snaps in place easily. Well designed. Fairly easy to reach the controls and change stations. Replaces a GoGear. I think I like this better. The young Best Buy gentleman clerk was amazingly polite, patient and helpful--even unpackaged it for me when I asked, 'cause I didn't have a knife or scissors and wanted to use the unit right away. Nice purchase-- nice experience.

Bought this after my 20 year old Panasonic finally bit the dust. Not much on the market these days. Needed AM/FM only at the gym. Luckily BBY had stocked it. I'm hearing impaired so volume was critical with my earbuds. Happy to say it has enough gain that compares well with my old one. Plus, this one has a clock and weather band channel. Battery life is quite good but the WB can't pick up anything (not critical). Radio sensitivity is also good so I can listen to AM talk radio in the gym. This unit could benefit from having an adjustable bass/treble control. It has too much bass (even with megabass turned off). My 8 year old MP3 player has an adjustable equalizer which is great for tuning to one's ears. Overall I'm pleased

This is my second Walkman and I use it because it is easy to use and very durable.

I wanted a Walkman to use inside a building while walking. The reception is not the best - the same that I was getting from a different product. But it basically works.

Nice compare radio for running. Good reception. Cons- headphone jack is on top, would prefer it to be on the bottom, no preset number button like the last model..

Not many to choose from so this was the better choice Wish it had the tv stations like the former one did

This is good for working outside. It does what I need it to do.

The Sony - S2 Sports Walkman Digital Armband Radio - White was exactly what I needed at the Health Spa. It fit my arms which many arm band radios do not. The quality of sound fit my needs. I really enjoy the water resistance and easy access to buttons..... allowing easy management of music selection and volume.

Ever since Sony created the first Walkman, they have had the best reception of any portable radio device, and the same is true today. This arm band radio, though a little bigger than I might hope, is still lightweight and super powerful. I'm sure there will be a time when I'm out in the middle of nowhere and I'll want the weather band radio, but I really don't see any need for it now. I would prefer to have TV band instead, but I can't seem to find that anywhere. The volume knob is a little difficult to find while I'm running, but I guess that will just get better with practice. But really, why are these things so expensive? I walked into the store expecting to find a $10 or even $20 option. $35 seems outrageous, but I was in desperate need an AM/FM radio RIGHT NOW so I will continue to use this little guy until I get my $35 worth of use out of it, and then some.

Radio is an improvement over older model. Longer time on one AAA batterie. Easy button control with added function features. HEADPHONES didn't last long and were uncomfortable in the ear canal. 14 day return policy is horrible business for Best buy. Great product with with different set of headphones.

Had one of these for years and finally wore it out. Hope this one lasts as long

Does everything I want it to do while walking or running.

Plenty of pre-sets for all the stations I listen too. Receives fine. No static. Battery life is good. Sturdy. I use it at work and i am rough on it. Dropped it a few times. No adverse issues.

not a bad product from sony however the headphones were not very stylish and the sound was not that good, I had to use my own earphones instead.
