Thank you for telling us about your experience with your SA-SW3 Sony subwoofer. We're sorry you've been running into difficulty and we do apologize for the inconvenience. To isolate the issue, move the subwoofer closer to the soundbar and try to reset the soundbar. Check this link for more details:
