Needed a little more

I gotta say the subwoofer disappointed me. I'm not too impressed with it. I probably should've gotten the sw5 instead.

Subwoofer is overpowering.

I was told there's a way to adjust it down but I haven't been able to figure out the remote control. The Geek Squad technicians didn't even unwrap the remote and demonstrate how I could adjust it. Very disappointed with that...
