    Seems to be a Best Buy issue... I reported something similar with my sub and the Bravia Theatre 9 bar. Sub connected once then lost connection the next day. Best Buy basically told me it wasn't their problem after 15 days of purchase unless I had their monthly service plan. Seems like a scam at this point where as other companies would honor their customers after spensing thousands of dollars. Best Buy told me to go through Sony, which I already have... I'd rather give my money to Amazon next time than spend a dime at Best Buy. When the sub connected it sounded awesome! Will continue to work with Sony Customer service.
