I bought this due to the size and brand but wish I would have stuck with the Anker. It's ok but a little frustrating to use and not the best sound.

For me? the price and size make enough satisfaction. Not too much bass on it and make sure to make right adjustment so you can appreciate the music you’re listening. Thumbs up!

Also, I didn't see any instructions on setting it up. I had to get an associate at the store to help link it to my cell phone Bluetooth- Now it is working fine, I'm glad I purchased it.

Connects via wires and Bluetooth. Wire connections have no issues however Bluetooth from laptop has a lag, Bluetooth via phone is perfect. Very simple and nothing out of the ordinary. Sturdy and well build

I thought they would be very loud but they are....moderate I'd say. you can hear it from across from a bedroom but wouldn't expect much else. Still really nice.

That pumps out seriously impressive sound - at top volume the bass thumbs and there's no distortion. I don't know how Sony manage to do this when I have larger speakers that struggle. The speaker is water resistant (IPX5) so it's not really for the pool or beach, but as a go anywhere speaker that is small enough you can throw it in a bag and forget it's there but know it will please a crowd you can't go wrong. What I like is this also doubles as a handsfree unit - great for when you're holding an impromptu conference call. Battery is rated for 6 hours which is honestly more than enough and you can power this by USB. It's standard micro USB powered and the only thing that makes this shy from being perfect is I wish it had USB C for fast charging. But that's a trivial complaint when the sound is so great. This speaker will always travel with me. Recommended.
