My husband used daily at work and then he said it suddenly stopped connecting to his phone. He restarted his phone, pressed “forget device” and tried reconnecting that way and it still won’t work. I even tried connecting to my phone and no luck. Unfortunately my exchange/return period has passed. Expected more from a name brand like Sony.

Wish I could have that money back this thing is a waste. I've already lost it because I knew i would never use it. When I Bluetooth the device to my iPhone I immediately noticed a difference in sound. My iPhone is significantly louder than this speaker.

This speaker is great, and charges very quickly. It's tiny but packs a huge sound.
