This was perfect at first. My husband used daily at work and then he said it suddenly stopped connecting to his phone. He restarted his phone, pressed “forget device” and tried reconnecting that way and it still won’t work. I even tried connecting to my phone and no luck. Unfortunately my exchange/return period has passed. Expected more from a name brand like Sony.

Not to load thought it would work for my daughter for her birthday but the quality of the sound not so great

Not the best that you can get ! I want to initiate a return but avoiding due to covid . Try something else .

It doesn't get loud to begin with and when the battery goes to half life the volume gets even lower.

Speaker worked OK for a month now won't power on. Up until now, it was as expected.

Bought this to use with my iPhone, but the iPhone has better sound and is louder.

Purchased this because it was on the discount rack for maybe $10-15. Wish I could have that money back this thing is a waste. I've already lost it because I knew i would never use it. When I Bluetooth the device to my iPhone I immediately noticed a difference in sound. My iPhone is significantly louder than this speaker.

Sounds ok. No extra bass and not very much volume. I will definitely need a louder speaker soon. LOL

Okay, I had my worries about this speaker not being loud enough, but not only is it loud enough the battery lasts for a very long time. This speaker is great, and charges very quickly. It's tiny but packs a huge sound.

Useless unless you are using it in a closet. Sony did not make a great product

The volume was not that loud. I expected more from a Sony. Anyway definitely disssapointed.

I used this for my music subscription Bluetooth from my phone while I'm on the patio cooking out with friends and they where surprised at how nice this little box sounded. On a daily basis when me and the wife are cooking in the kitchen this box is on listening to music, audiobooks, fake news. We love asking google questions and the speaker has no problem hearing me but google has a problem understanding me, lol. Crystal clear calling, no problems what so ever. Battery life - If I didn't get any calls it lasted longer than 6hrs, if I recieced calls it's below 6hrs depending on how long the calls are.

It has pretty good sound. It definitely sounds better than the HDMX Chill bluetooth speaker that I compared it with. Although I did not detect any of the advertised 'Mega Bass', it has very clear high frequencies and good midrange. I did notice that if placed 4 or 5 ft away, it offered up some good sound stage depth and it can also get very loud without distorting. The unit comes with convenient rubber feet for good footing, a recharging cable that is almost too short to be useful (the HDMW Chill came with the same short cable), and handy wrist strap for toting the speaker around. Overall, I like it.
