This Sony speaker is absolutely a power house. Is it the loudest speaker? No. But it is not supposed to be. The treble and bass that come from this is incredible and sounds great in a mid-sized room. They are pair-able and I look forward to getting another one to get an even more incredible sound.

Love the look and sound of this BT speaker. Also love the bells and whistles. Blue color is super sharp with the lights. More than enough base and overall punch. Unlike JBL speakers, these have no exposed passive radiators. The Sony can be thrown in a travel bag without worry of damage or need for a case.

I spend a lot of time outside in areas around my house that I like to listen to music. I have several Echo Dots but the sound is not that great. BY using this speaker on the Echo dot, it gives me much better and more enjoyable sound. I have more than one so music is good anywhere I want to hear it.

I bought this to replace the Bose Minilink I had bought for my mother in law for Christmas a little over a year ago that died. Didn't want to spend as much money and took a shot at this speaker and very pleasantly surprised. It is paired to the amazon dot and sounds very good for the price.

Good speaker for normal use but if you are a heavy listener consider XB31 which keeps charge for 24 hours. This one seems like eats up charge in 6-7 hours. You'd think that's a lot longer than it usually is. It feels like you have to charge every now and then. But other than that a good speaker.

This is a powerhouse speaker. The sound is great and it was so affordable. The only thing I notice is that the volume is not as loud as the battery begins to lesson so I tend to keep it plugged in. I love that it’s mobile! People are always asking me where i got it because they really like it

This was a gift for my daughter who is in college. She. Absolutely loves it. I must admit I was thoroughly impressed with the bass. She uses it for music but also as a sound bar for her projection TV. It makes the movies sound spectacular.

I got this for my mother so she could stream music from her Ipad. She is very happy! Sounds great too. Blue tooth connectivity works well in her apartment without problems. I took off one star because you can't monitor how charged the battery is. other than that -- I recommend this product without reservation.

This speaker is compact, durable, and rugged. It is pretty heavy for its size, which could be considered an asset or a drawback, depending. I absolutely love love love that it is waterproof, dustproof, and rustproof as I often tend to take these portable speakers to the beach and/or lake where dirt, salt, sand, and water are all at play. I feel much more confident about using this speaker in the elements than I did my last Sony portable speaker. All in all the sound quality is okay. It’s definitely on the better side for the price range, but there are pricier options that will give you better sound production, and specifically more bass (which is what this model seems to lack). It definitely will satisfy most people’s needs for a small, portable speaker to take with you on the go though. Battery life was good, and charging time seemed to be reasonable to get back to a full charge. The only downside in this regard is there is no good way of knowing charging status, other than the unit announcing it through the speaker. Another type of indicator would have been a nice touch.

We bought this for our son on CHRISTmas. He fell in love with it. He uses it in the Shower, Garage, bed, and every where. I personally liked it myself and may buy one for myself in the future. Good Quality and Reliability, something Best Buy is good and known for!

This is a great little speaker for some average sound for a single person or very small group. Not made for larger get together's or party's as the other sounds in the room can drown out the speaker. Perfect for what I needed it to do.

I use this mainly at my home office desk. It's perfect, I use it to play the TV sound and AppleMusic from my iPhone. Also good for 1-2 people at the pool. Probably not strong enough for a larger crowd, we haven't tested that. They have larger models for that.

I bought this to use with my home PC to avoid chords. Only issue I have is there is a delay in the sound when playing through BT from my PC. I tried several suggested fixes, no luck. Only thing that seemed to work is using a mini audio jack through headphone out.

I purchased two of the speakers for my twin sons. One immediately connected the speaker app to his smart phone music collection and blew everyone away. It was hard to reconcile that this compact portable speaker produced supreme acoustic properties.

Bought this for my office at work. Amazing sound for such a little speaker! I've had many compliments about it and some have even ordered one for themselves! Will be ordering more to use at home for full-house surround sound and even outside!

I love this speaker. It’s my second one after having left my first one in a hotel room. It has a great sound. I only wish that it announced the battery life when you turn it on like my previous one did. And why does the charge cord have to be so short??

We bought this sony speaker so we could move the sound from the TV that is sitting on the kitchen bar to the kitchen counter. This reduces the sound going into the living room. This little speaker gives good sound and better bass than the TV speakers.

I bought this when it was on sale as I was looking into a speaker to play music or hear my shows from any of my devices that can connect via bluetooth (phone, tablet, tv, etc.). This is one amazing speaker! The sound is phenomenal.
