Awesome! We can’t thank you enough for purchasing two! The SRS-XB23 has undergone extensive shock testing to make sure it can withstand the inevitable knocks, bumps and scrapes that come with everyday use. Even if you drop it, the SRS-XB23 will keep on working. It also has an IP67 rating which makes the speaker dustproof, waterproof, rustproof and washable

We're sorry you've been running into difficulty. The SRS-XB23 connects to a Bluetooth device that supports the Advanced Audio Distribution Profile (A2DP) and Hands-free Profile (HFP)/Headset Profile (HSP) Bluetooth profiles. After you pair the speaker with a BLUETOOTH device for the first time since purchase or initialize the speaker (the speaker has no pairing information), the speaker automatically enters pairing mode when it is turned on. Follow the steps on the links below to pair your Bluetooth speaker to a source device such as a Walkman, mobile device, computer, or TV.

Glad to know you like the incredible audio quality. In case you did not know, up to 2 BLUETOOTH devices can be connected to the speaker at the same time. When one of the devices starts playing back while playing back music on another device, the speaker switches the output and starts outputting the sound from the new device (Multi-device connection). Speaker gets plenty loud enough for him to be able to listen to his music. He’s happy with it, so I’m happy with it.
