Awesome! We are glad you like the speaker. The SRS-XB23 has undergone extensive shock testing to make sure it can withstand the inevitable knocks, bumps and scrapes that come with everyday use. Even if you drop it, the SRS-XB23 will keep on working. It also has an IP67 rating which makes the speaker dustproof, waterproof, rustproof and washable.

Please make sure that the speaker software is updated as it includes key features, applications, bug fixes, and feature improvements. If the sound is poor or skips when using a Bluetooth connection, please try some solutions below:
Make sure that the built-in battery is charged sufficiently.
Bring the BLUETOOTH device closer to the speaker. If there is any obstacle between the speaker and the BLUETOOTH device, move it out of the way.
Locate the speaker farther away from a TV, radio or tuner, etc. since noise may occur in broadcasts.
Select “Priority on stable connection (SBC)” for the wireless playback quality of the speaker.

Hi Hers, Thank you for taking the time to review the SRS-XB23. This Portable Wireless Speaker works with Android and iOS. Just a reminder, For Apple iOS devices, the system is compatible with iOS 10.0 or later. A BLUETOOTH connection is not available on the devices with iOS 9.x or earlier.
