Thanks for sharing your experience so far with your new SRS-XB23 speaker. While we're glad to hear you like the sound quality and easy Bluetooth pairing, we regret to know that you're not having the best experience with these speakers. We value your input and appreciate the feedback

If the Bluetooth function doesn't work when selecting your model from the Speaker & Group setting, perform the Bluetooth connection from the settings of your smartphone.

Before operating the speaker, make sure that all speakers to be connected within 1 m (3.2 ft) of the device. After connecting multiple speakers, perform the pairing procedure between a BLUETOOTH device and the speaker in which the(BLUETOOTH) indicator is flashing in blue. Connect the second speaker within 1 minute. After 1 minute or more, the speaker setting is canceled.

- Bring the BLUETOOTH device closer to the speaker. If there is any obstacle between the speaker and the BLUETOOTH device, move it out of the way.
- When using the Stereo Pair function or Party Connect function, if any other BLUETOOTH device(s) such as a BLUETOOTH mouse or BLUETOOTH keyboard is connected to the BLUETOOTH device, terminate the connection between them.
- Select “Priority on stable connection (SBC)” over sound quality.

Devices compatible with the Party Connect function are the following: SRS-XB23, SRS-XB33, SRS-XB43.

Note: You cannot connect Wireless Party Chain supported wireless speaker models in combination with Party Connect supported models.
