Good sound from a small speaker , went back and purchased a second to have stereo seperation

Great Bluetooth speaker by Sony. Can be paired with other Sony Bluetooth speakers with the Music Center app. Can be changed to live sound mode (by using the Music Center app) which is better in my opinion. Great sound for the size. Upgraded from an older speaker of a different brand and sounds WAY better.

Good bass. cool lights. Rugged so far. It charges a little faster than I had expected.

It’s like carrying around a mini party complete with lights! Speaker has good clear sound. Feels like it’s built tough, it’s easy to link devices and has good Bluetooth range. Lights strips and tiny strobe-like lights create a festive ambience which makes listening to music that much more enjoyable.

It is loud and awesome. Use it for when I’m outdoor grilling. Has a good bass to it.

Great deal for the price. Good sound quality and the lights make it extra fun.

Really disappointing I have to write this review. Bought around the holidays in 2018 to have a portable speaker that could deliver substantial sounds with a small package for both internal and external usage. Speaker worked great with semi-regular use for nearly a year (once or twice a week for a couple hours at a time). The volume has never been cranked up past the halfway point in the controls, as we have never felt the need for sounds levels behind that point. At this point, I would have rated the product with 5 stars and highly recommended it. Unfortunately, at nearly 12 months to the day of purchase, the speaker began to crackle with certain frequencies and has been getting progressively worse. All of that said, 3 stars feels appropriate due to the disappointment in the lifespan of the speaker and the failure's timing, taking place just outside of the limited warranty timing. I hope others have had the opportunity to enjoy the speaker without issues for much longer and this is just our particular unit.

I bought 2 of these plus the smaller XB21, they all link together flawlessly. The xb31 is loud enough that I rarely use more than one in my apartment. The range is great to, I can be about 50-75 feet away with my phone maybe further and have no cut outs. The lights are cool too!

At first I was not sure about this speaker as I usually prefer Bose. However I was genuinely surprised by the quality and versatility of this speaker and the fact that you can link several together. I will definitely buy a few more. This is an awesome speaker with a very good sound.

I had bought a Bluetooth speaker.. So I brought it back cause there was a problem with it .. so one of the techs there told me hed a Sony Bluetooth speaker..and recommended the Sony .. not only it sounded great I saved money cause it was on sale which I thought was really cool.

Bought 3 of these to place around a large room mostly for background music. They work wonderfully together but... the directions were not at all helpful in connecting the 3 in a “party chain.” I had to watch videos online in order to figure it out. In the end though- great product!

This is an awesome portable Bluetooth speakers with special lighting effects. The design is sleek, robust, and stylish. You can connect any audio device via Bluetooth. This also have NFC for easy tap and connect option. The charging is done via the USB port. The speaker is loud and definitely clear for a gathering. It is also waterproof, although I didn't want to try testing in waters. It is supposed to last all day and I used it for couple of days intermittently and haven't charged it yet. The extra bass is definitely a boost. There are LED lights on the speaker that syncs with to the music beat. You can also turn this off if you do not want the lights. The Bluetooth range is quite good. I was able to control from around 50 ft or so. You can download the Sony Music app to control the speaker. It also has an 3.5mm input jack in case you want to connect to any non Bluetooth devices. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a portable speaker and Sony is no stranger to music scene.

I recommend. There’s a Sony app you need to download so that you can change the loudness of the speaker. The perimeter of the speaker was lights that change colors and it’s waterproof. You can take this speaker to the beach or pool or to the courts to play ball. Feel me
