I've been looking for a decent portable speaker but haven't had much luck, until now. I didn't want anything big, just something that could go out to the back patio where the kids can play their music when they are out there with their friends. The problems we've had is the sound would be either tinny or distorted when the volume was up or there was the worry of what would happen to the speaker if it suddenly started raining and where we live, you can get rain without clouds. This speaker addresses those problems. It has good sound, a good base and is water resistant so there isn't the problem in that area. The battery takes about 5 hours to charge but it does last the whole day so there's no problems with the kids taking it to the beach behind the house and then continuing the music when they return. It is a bit heavier than I expected it to be but not bad enough to not be able to carry it to the park/beach/etc. There were no problems with the connection either. I think the party booster is kind of gimmicky but its not as if you have to use it and the kids did have fun playing with it. Overall, the best bluetooth speaker I've tried.

We use this outside when we are RVing and camping.

Live this speaker. Sound not as good as Altec speaker, but Altec broke, and this one hasn’t.

Purchased this for our daughter who works outside in the snow. It hasn’t disappointed.

What i disliked was that there is no ac adaptor...

This is a really good speaker just wish it was a little bit louder. Karalas good

I bought this for my husband. It seemed ok but it was hard to sync and would shut off after a certain amount of time, also it has lights that don't shut off, so it wouldn't be good at night if you want it dark. I returned it and bought an Ion sport, it's a bit bigger but I don't care about that and it was $50 cheaper.

Speaker is good for price though doesnt have quite the volume as expected.

Trying to pair this thing was an absolute joke. Couldn't believe how difficult it was and I pair and test a lot of bluetooth audio devices whether portable speakers like this one or headphones, car stereo's etc. Not sure what was up. Once it was paired no issues, but it sure took awhile.

Got for husband who has problem hearing and he enjoys his music again!

I have to really come to love this speaker. The sound out of this thing is amazing. The bass that it produces is superior to anything else that I've had. The sound is crystal clear and pairing was super simple. My wife and kids love the lights, and I must admit that they have grown on me. I thought that they were a gimmick at first, but they really do add a little fun to listening. I was a little irritated that I had to download ANOTHER app to use this speaker, but the app is also great. In addition to having good options, you can create a group with other speakers in a few taps, which I did. Now you can set up your speakers all over and blanket a pretty good sized area with music. The advantage is that you can play the music at lower levels and hear it everywhere, rather than blaring it out to reach everywhere and having it way too loud to stand near. I would recommend this to everyone either by itself or in multiple to string your music together.
