There you will find even more sound adjustments for tuning your speakers to your liking, and if you add the Fiestable app you can even make the lights stay whatever color you prefer! I had the XB-30 for years and one day it died. I got this to replace it thinking it would be as good or better. It seems that I was wrong. There are much better options for less now

Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The lights are pretty and the sound is fine but I didn’t like the fact that when the battery is low or even when you’re charging it that it will only play very low volume which is pointless. Also the instructions say the battery will last 12 hours with using lights, mine lasted 3 hours without lights starting with a full charge...that’s a big NO from me. The bass is also not that special.

Posted .Hi ojlaw23, we're sorry to hear that you returned the unit. The SRS-XB32 has 2 sound modes, the EXTRA BASS feature that enhances every beat, and the LIVE SOUND mode which creates a three-dimensional sound experience (think outdoor live concert). You can toggle those with the button on top of the XB32. If you use the Sony Music Center App, you will find even more sound adjustments for tuning the speakers to your liking. I also recommend placing the 2 paired speakers into "stereo" mode for true left/right channel separation. This speaker is designed to reduce the maximum volume to about half when the remaining built-in battery power becomes less than 10% in order to protect the circuit due to extreme voltage or current fluctuation by using at a loud volume. Even in this case, you can charge the built-in battery, but the volume does not return to the normal. To return the volume to the normal, charge the built-in battery until the remaining built-in battery power reaches 20% or more, turn off the speaker and turn it on again, and then adjust the volume.
