Amazing battery life

When next to me at max volume I can usually hear it. Battery life is actually quite good, from fully charged and max volume I've used it continually for 6 hrs and during my lunch break I'll charge it back up to close to max for around that half hour

Great loud sound for a large area.

The lights aren't really necessary but they add a little flare when playing music. It connected with Bluetooth and hasn't needed to be reconnected since the beginning.

Sony Bluetooth speaker

Only issue, bought this one to pair with another one I have, same model. Sometimes they link together and sometimes they don’t. Definitely a Sony software issue. Using the Sony app helps sometimes to link them but not always. If using just as a single unit it works well and sounds good. Water and dust proof is a plus.

It's very durable and seems like it could take a beating, and the sound is pretty decent. The level of bass isn't spectacular, but is definitely good enough for a small speaker and better than some others I looked at. The only drawback is that it's bluetooth-only. You cannot directly plug it into another output device like a PC.

And if you connect two of them in stereo they sound good. They also stay and work well when paired unlike JBL connection even though the JBL is louder, the Sony just works and has a warmer sound.
