We're glad that you are happy with your purchase. Your feedback about the volume is greatly appreciated. Make sure to charge the built-in battery sufficiently. The sound may become low in the following cases. This is not a malfunction:
-When the built-in battery is running low and the CHARGE indicator flashes slowly, while the speaker is being powered by the built-in battery only.
-When the rechargeable built-in battery is running low as a result of long-time use of the speaker at a loud volume even though the speaker was connected to an AC outlet by a USB AC adaptor (commercially available) or to a computer that comes equipped with a USB charging port.
You can use the equalizer function of the Sony Music Center app to tailor-fit the sound quality to your needs. You can also use the volume function of your source device or the app that you are using to increase the volume. Hope this helps.
