I have really enjoyed the sony speaker. It was easy to setup (connecting via bluetooth). I even connected it to two different devices. It sounds really great. I gave it 4 stars because it would be nice to be able to turn off the lights.

The sounds is loud and clear. Battery hold charge for a quite a long time. Only downside is there is no way to turn off the lights on the device; but if you like a non-stop party, this is your speaker!

This little speaker packs a punch! Gets super loud and the lights are awesome. We’re excited to try it out at the lake next summer!

I was shocked at sound quality from this speaker . Has good mids and decent lows and very good bass...you will not be disappointed

The light show in this thing is awesome. And it is water resistant and sturdy which makes it really useful for outdoor use.

Sony really hit the ball out of the park on this one! Let’s start with appearance, the XB41 has a deep cranberry-red color accompanied by beautiful strobe lights that are interchangeable at your request. The Bluetooth pairing was very easy, both my cellular phone and laptop recognized the speaker instantly. -Sound this speaker packs an awesome punch with sounds that are loud and clear in audio clarity. -Portability this speaker can be used for classroom functions, parties, outdoor gatherings and even the beach because of its water-resistant abilities. I am an educator, and I plan to use this speaker frequently in the classroom for audio lectures. -Features I love the fact this speaker has the ability to daisy link as I have the XB21 as well as the V11 to add this feature on to. I believe all users will love the usefulness as well as robust features of this speaker. Sony claims 24 hours of usage without the strobe lights, which will undoubtedly be the star of the party! I highly recommend this Bluetooth speaker!

I love music, and as such I love speakers that make music sound better. This speaker does this, with a twist. This speaker gives you a bunch of things in a speaker, that you didn't realize were possible to have in a speaker. Lights! waterproof! Long battery life! Being a DJ! Bluetooth and NFC! As for the sound, you won't find anything that sounds better. If you want, you can tweak the sound to allow for different modes. Live, Arena, Concert, etc. You can pick extra bass, or not. You can pick the clear quality mode, that decides what sounds best. And if you don't like that, you can change the equalizer to match your tastes. What more could you want from a speaker? How about an app that lets you do all of this programming? Sony has it. Do you want something you can take to the beach? Or maybe your worksite while building a house? Dustproof and waterproof. Awesome! How about a battery that lasts as long as your workday does? It has a 24 hour estimated battery life - I was getting more that that by putting it on my desk at work and just playing music through it. Nothing fancy. I'm sure the 24 hour rating is legitimate. Bluetooth connected without any drama, and I didn't try the NFC as I don't have anything that is NFC to try it out. The lights are cool, I find it uplifting to have them on while I'm at work and sometimes dealing with the winter blues due to the lack of sunlight. You can change the rhythm of the lights, and what lights you want on, what color, etc. I like the flexibility of this kind of programming. You will find this next part fun. You can add DJ effects by tapping on different parts of this speaker or on the Fiestable app. I am not much of a party guy, but it is fun to give that inner party animal something to do from time to time. Sony speakers are so amazing right now. I'm not sure what they were like in the last few years, but these are amazing and worth every penny. If you buy it and don't like it, you can return it due to Best Buy's great return policy. If you are like me, you won't find a need to return it, it is simply amazing. Great size, great sound, great value!.
