Pretty good speaker

I haven't kept track of how long it lasts exactly but I know I use it for a while before I charge it again. My only complaint is that the volume is not the best. It may help with the sound quality, however, the loudest volume is not very loud. For personal use its fine but when I've tried to use it at an outdoor party it seemed a little low

Actually I like XB43 at the first day it shown at Best Buy, very gooq sound, deep bass but not bother your ears and...very good price at this time too. I love it

The sound is crisp and they get wildly loud. The waterproofing is stellar because I had them out while tilling my yard to lay sod and i swear the sky fell out on us and they were still thumping like crazy while soaking wet. Using the app makes it super easy to multi pair these bad boys and being able to add more as you go is dope.

Great sound for it’s size

Better value compared to it’s JVC counterpart. The phone app is great for customizing the listening tastes. The light effects are pretty sweet looking and customizable., or turn them off all together. Also it’s size is perfect for being big enough for fuller sound, but small enough to easily haul around.

The weight is due to the all-new X-Balance speaker design, and 2 new tweeters. We also kept the speaker waterproof and dustproof like the XB41, but the XB43 is shockproof as well. Oh, and even though we added more speakers, your XB43 still has up to 24hours of battery life. It has clear highs, mids and bass, and more than enough power for me. I use it in my office, so I can't speak to its portability. It connected to my phone with no problem. I really enjoy being able to control the sound with the, included, equalizer program. It gives me all the control that I want. The sound is great, but, it's a Sony. For me, that really says it all.

Great Sony "Portable" Speaker, esp bass and volume

It's not as portable as some might want, but it has amazing sound and volume for the size. I recommend getting a carrying case for it if you do plan on taking it around with you. Also, the rubber feet that are there to keep it up are small, so you need to precisely place the speaker on them or it will roll over.
