A Very Good Speaker

It has a good base response but not so overwhelming where you can’t enjoy the sounds of the other instruments. So the speaker has good balance with enjoyable flashing lights that really look good at night. The speaker is definitely a good buy.

Great sound

She loves it, From the unboxing to playing your favorite song. Within 2 minutes she had it up and going. Music sounds great though, has more bass than what I expected.

Posted .Hi Jr60, Thank you for purchasing the Sony XB43! We appreciate the feedback regarding the size of the unit. The size is due to the all-new X-Balance speaker design, and 2 new tweeters. We also kept the speaker waterproof and dustproof like the XB41, but the XB43 is shockproof as well. Oh, and even though we added more speakers, your XB43 still has up to 24hours of battery life. Can be cranked up and still deliver good audio depending on what app or library a person is playing from. Needs more music streaming choices in the Sony Music Note app like Sirius XM

Fantastic buy

Great speaker on a small package

It truly got its first test being dropped on the river and underwater about 4ft down for 3 minutes. Shut off immediately and then once turned back on worked like nothing happened. The only draw back is that I have the blue one and once brought out of the water it bleed blue on my legs and I looked like a smurf. I would recommend this to everyone. We use it all the time
