Lots of quality bass. Light show is nice.(probably nicer for a non-senior citizen) Heavier than most of similar size, butI equate it to quality. Long time between charges.

We are not looking to blast the music at that time, but we also use it during the day sitting by the pool, It is the perfect sound quality for a smaller speaker and the Bluetooth functionality is terrific. it's not a $2000 system that blows you away, but it definitely serves the purpose and worth the money. It makes for a wonderful night by the fireplace
