It paired super quickly with my google home app. After that I was able to also put it as a Bluetooth speaker for my iPhone. Kids enjoy talking to google home through the speaker. We love playing music through it. It is large enough to take outside and to the pool and still hear our music. It is small enough to carry around and be portable. Sony continues to make great speakers. This is awesome.

I had 3 criteria for choosing a smart speaker. 1 in-built battery so I could move it around without interrupting play, which was one frustration i had with the Google home. this speaker has a battery that lasts upto 16hrs. 2. Sound quality. this speaker is super impressive. It has an extra bass feature. really top quality stuff for a speaker of its size. 3. i wanted the voice control. this speaker comes with the google assistant. Only flip side I've observed so far is that you've got to be really audible to activate google assistant when the speaker its playing at mid-high volume. Overall, great product. would definitely recommend.

The big bass sound is top of line as if you are attending a concert. You have the option to use party lights on or turn off and mount speaker on tripod.There is so many ways to use this speaker with built in WI-FI to sync with other speakers and create awesome listening experience. Once you have set voice recognition and pair Google Apps to Sony speaker its hands free 'Hey Google' play my Spotify Jazz Playlist. Very impress with this Sony Wireless Speaker and Sony brand long standing great reputation in the fast pace world of technology.

Unfortunately for this offering by Sony that’s where the excitement ends. The volume and bass levels are very minimal for such a large speaker, and the requirement to setup WiFi before Bluetooth is cumbersome. Overall this is a decent choice, but for $300 there are many more appealing options.
