Its an awesome product and im super happy with it. Best Buys open box items are the best deal out of any other box store for pricing.

Popping/Snapping sound on switching between streaming channels or selections within channels -irritating. Could not get Zone 2 or 3 operational - ambiguous directions or were just too dumb to figure it out. Labels on the front are illegible without using a flashlight.
