But thays becouse it can do alot of stuff,not your old receiver. Would be beter if paper came with product.

The noise was intermittent but loud enough to be concerned that the unit was bad. The support was nice and helpfull until I got connected to whoever they assign to handle customer complaints that they can’t immediately resolve. After telling me that the noise (and I mean noise not a click) the AV unit was emitting was normal I requested to speak to someone else. To make a long story short she disconnected the call. Thanks for the help Sony.
