So I called the phone no and talked to someone and they told me to go to the nearest store to fix my problem. Off I went to Selinsgrove store . They didn't have an extra remote so they gave me a new purchase and took the other one back im very happy and well pleased thank you.

She didn't even make sure I had ahold of it completely before she walked away I almost dropped it. horrible service! this thing could have the virus all over it That's why they're supposed to put it in the trunk

Just right. Powerful unit.

All I needed was a traditional receiver hooked up to a stereo. This is that until. It has some features that I'm not 100% certain about cuz I don't know how to use them as far as technology goes. But otherwise this was the perfect unit .....perfect Price ,perfect wattage for my needs, perfect color, and perfect performance thus far.

Took it out tonight, unit will not power up. I tried three working outlets in my house, still NO POWER up. Didn't know about the 15 days return policy. Betcha!
