Bad Open Box - Unit Did Not Work

I've gotten two Sony TVs, a UHD-DVD player and other things that might as well have been new. But - lemme tell you - this was not one of them. The receiver arrived in the box upside with a couple of ripped in half styrofoam pieces for packaging. There was a random RCA cable, presumably from the previous owner, attached and the FM antenna wire had been jammed into its' slot, broken off and was unable to be removed. And then, upon plugging it in, the amplifier didn't work...at all. Supposedly this was vetted by Best Buy staff as it was rated "Open Box Good" but very clearly no one had even bothered to look at it since it was originally returned before. Can't give a rating on the amplifier as it didn't work so one star for the poor open box experience.

We're glad it works great and you're enjoying the overall sound quality of the receiver. For Bluetooth connection, move the BLUETOOTH device closer to the receiver. If there are obstructions between the receiver and your BLUETOOTH device, remove these or move the receiver and/or device avoid them.
