Sony's customer service entry on this says you can't hook up an external FM antenna to this receiver, which is awful to find out if you have weak signal coverage.

I have another one upstairs and the two seem to get confused when my phone wants to log in with blue tooth. I shouldn't have purchased the same model for one home.

Please make sure that the IR sensor of receiver is not within the range of the other receiver to prevent signal interference. Also, when using the remote control make sure it's pointed to the receiver that you want to control. Hope this helps!
