    Its a good receiver but not great. The overall quality is just okay? I should have bought the higher class model with HDMI inputs. That was my fault for trying to save s buck?

      Hi Jeffew64,

      We do apologize for the inconvenience. The STRDH190 is only a 2-channel AV receiver with phono Inputs and Bluetooth. If you need more channels we recommend STRDH590, STRDH790, or STRDN1080.

    First and second stereos received were dead on arrival. Gave up on “Worst Buy” and went to Crutchfield. Completely satisfied with their products and customer experience.

    This worked for about 8 weeks. Now the bluetooth is glitchy (sound is choppy). Missed the return window. What junk!

      Hi DanielS, We're sorry to hear about the Bluetooth issue you're having. To resolve this issue, please perform a factory reset. Note: Be sure to use the buttons on the receiver
      to perform this operation.

      Press (power) to turn off
      the receiver, then press and hold (power) for
      5 seconds.
      “CLEARING” appears on the display
      panel during initialization. When
      initialization is complete, “CLEARED ”
      appears on the display panel.

    Salesman sold me this, and it was total wrong. It could not possibly connect. Hee was not listening or paying attention

    Order came with a missing antenna. Have been working on getting it replaced and Best Buy is no help.

    Sony 2.0 reciever

    I am giving a review on my Sony 2.0 stereo receiver. The receiver is okay but it does not have much power and no base in order to have a little more sound clarity.

    FM only! Who ever heard of an FM only receiver. Wanted an AM/FM receiver. Too late, already unpacked and set up before I noticed.

    It is a pain and the radio stations don’t come in and yes the antenna is hooked up ! Horrible I don’t recommend for the price

      Hi Jamie, We regret to hear about this. If you're unable to get any FM radio stations, please follow the troubleshooting steps below:

      Check that the antennas (aerials) are
      connected securely. Adjust the antennas
      (aerials) if necessary.

      • No stations have been preset or the
      preset stations have been cleared (when
      tuning by scanning preset stations is
      used). Preset the stations.

      • Press DISPLAY repeatedly so that the
      frequency appears on the display panel.

    The price point was excellent for a receiver that works both with my turntable and with Bluetooth/Spotify. It works great. Love it! You won't find a better solution at this price point if that's what you're looking for.

    Returning as it cuts out and shuts down. Works fine for about 30 minutes then quits until a reset on power takes place.

      Hi Robert, We are sorry to hear about the issue you are having. You can't connect an external FM antenna to your A/V receiver, but you can improve the FM reception.

      Adjust the position of the supplied FM wire antenna (aerial) to a place where the reception condition is good.
      Place the antenna near a window.
      Position the antenna as horizontally as possible.

      connection is (are) fully inserted into the
      jacks on both the receiver and the device.
